What is the Role?

AiDash is seeking a dynamic Head of Product to drive the product strategy, development, and growth initiatives for its Biodiversity Net Gain Management System (BNGAI) product. The BNGAI product enables landowners, critical infrastructure operators, and local governments to increase biodiversity on their land while confidently and efficiently meeting their regulatory goals for sustainability.

Reporting to the Co-founder, and Chief Product & Technology Officer, in this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring innovative features to market and ensure product-market fit. The ideal candidate in this role will have a startup mindset, a deep understanding of the user needs, and ability to envision and execute a strategic product roadmap.

What will you do?

• Product Vision and Strategy:
• Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and addresses the specific needs of small businesses
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on market demand and business impact
• Product Development:
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, and design, to develop and launch high-quality SaaS products
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Customer Focus:
• Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their pain points and requirements
• Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and iterate on product features
• Develop and maintain customer personas to guide product decisions and go-to-market strategies
• Entrepreneurial Leadership:
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive product growth and expansion
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and risk-taking
• Work closely with executive leadership to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact
• Analyze product performance data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on product progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Collaborate with business leadership team to develop effective go-to-market strategy and business model
• Support sales and operations teams by providing product knowledge, training, and collateral
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry developments

What are we looking for?

• 10-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/B2C product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation
• Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market and driving significant growth
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions
• Deep understanding of product development best practices
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
