Location: Home-based - Full time role 37.5hrs

Salary: £28,000 per year + Car Provision + Target-Based Bonus

What we’re looking for...

FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for energetic & enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our Off Trade team supporting the Lancashire / Yorkshire region. Applicants need to live locally to this area.

The BDE role will work closely with selected Cash & Carry depots and Convenience Multiple Operating Groups. The role will influence at a local level to support the FUNKIN brand in their outlet, gaining space in store, extending listings, driving distribution and influencing new customers to drive brand growth.

As Business Development Executive responsibilities will include...

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer base to deliver and exceed agreed revenue targets
  • Maximise FUNKIN’s range and visibility across the customer base
  • Seek new business opportunities across your Cash & Carry and Convenience customer base
  • Work collaboratively across FUNKIN’s teams to create and deliver our plans
  • Identify and recommend growth opportunities using latest category insight
  • Being highly proactive and engaging in all elements of the BDE role

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Great ability to engage and influence
  • A positive and proactive approach to the role
  • Demonstrable experience in outlet sales
  • Drinks Industry experience and knowledge preferable, but not essential
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and flex their approach for different customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and be happy to challenge the norm
