We now have several opportunities available for Civil Engineers to join our team. We are open to considering people at the mid stage of their career, those with decades of experience or anywhere in between. These roles will primarily support clients operating in the Water sector.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Undertaking design and design lead roles for challenging and complex water, storm water or wastewater projects across the entire lifecycle including detailed planning, options development and concept and detailed design
• Opportunity to be a part of the integrated engineering team with our clients to provide civil/water input to planning, investigations and front-end engineering design for capital program or works
• Mentor emerging members of the team to ensure the development of our engineering team more broadly
• Support Civil, Water and Environmental engineering projects interstate and overseas, as required
• Engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential clients and stakeholders, support business development and tenders to win and deliver work for Aurecon

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar
• Chartered member of Engineers Australia or eligible to apply for membership
• Experience in water and/or wastewater design, civil design and documentation
• Hydraulic modelling skills, experience with ground and surface water, water sensitive urban design, integrated water planning would all be considered advantageous
• Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to communicate effectively throughout all facets of our organisation and with our external stakeholders
