Spry Methods is on the search for a Mid-Level Database Administrator to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform regular backups, recovery, and database monitoring.
- Implement database performance tuning and optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to support database-related needs.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Top Secret Clearance is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in database administration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database management systems, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS Associate level certification highly desired
