Together, our mission is to standardise and drive transformation within the customs domain. We are tasked with responsibilities such as data aggregation, establishing internal and external connections, and leveraging advanced OCR technology and AI. The Role:

As the Global Head of Customs Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving the evolution of our customs operations on a global scale. Your primary responsibility is to lead transformative change initiatives that redefine our approach to customs services. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will spearhead the implementation of our comprehensive tech road-map, leveraging innovative solutions to optimise processes and enhance efficiency. Your expertise in transformation management will be instrumental in designing and implementing new operational methodologies, ensuring seamless deployment and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation efforts, conducting regular assessments and adjustments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

• Lead the implementation of the customs technology roadmap, driving the adoption of innovative solutions to transform and modernise global customs operations.

• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of agility and adaptability within the organisation.

• Manage and oversee cross-functional projects within the customs transformation portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategic business objectives and delivering measurable results.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in customs services, developing and implementing tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive successful transformation initiatives.
