Senior Specialist

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Operations to join us on our journey in delivering amazing experiences.

Logistics Product Operations executes Delivery Hero's vision to always deliver an amazing experience by shaping global Logistics products into winning solutions, to serve our local entities and ecosystems, and to grow a sustainable business. We have 3 core users in our Logistics ecosystem who are at the heart of everything we do: Customers who place orders for delivery, Vendors who accept & prepare orders, and Riders who deliver our orders.

• You will own relevant business KPIs, product performance and product usage for different regions around the world
• You interact with and support our operations stakeholders
• You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner
• You support the roll-out of new products and features in your region which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency
• You provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations

Requirements

• You gained at least 3+ years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or another analytical based subject
• Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau or Looker Studio)
• You have solid exploratory analysis
• You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
• You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges
• Highly curious and willing to question the status quo
• Previous experience in the last mile industry in analytics, operations or product is a great plus
