What you need to have:

• Proven experience managing corporate client accounts, especially in financial lines.
• Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
• Experience in financial lines
• Degree in Insurance or related discipline (preferred but not essential).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivation for client service and solutions.
