Overview Of the Job:

With the e-commerce media landscape evolving rapidly, it's an exciting time to be a part of Nike's Greater China Integrated Media Team driving growth in our Direct-to-Consumer TMall Platform business. As our Performance Media Specialist II, you will be responsible for developing Brand-right, premium growth marketing programs with sharp KPIs on TMALL platform for Nike Flagship store.

  • He/She should be familiar with 3rd party e-commerce marketplace as well as media tools, experience on TMall stores will be a plus; know how to use in-platform & out-of-platform channels to drive sales growth.
  • He/She has a strong track record with showing up boldly and elevated in direct response marketing connecting consumers with brand innovation, experiences, content that inspires, while leveraging data and testing insights to continuously improve.
  • In this role, thought collaboration, and clear communications are key. He/She must have analytical chops but have a deep appreciate the art and role of elevated creative. You must also be eager to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to shape the strategy and planning for campaigns in two stores.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage, execute and optimize all aspects of paid media through 365 & campaign performance in order to ensure good levels of quality-and relevant traffic to Nike Tmall flagship store.
  • Serve as subject matter expert across a range of performance driven marketing channels, managing the day-to-day operations and work together with agency counterparts to unlock growth through continuous optimizations and test and learns.
  • Partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs.
  • Obsess channel/audience-right creative and assortment. Lead learning agendas, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating learnings to the broader organization.
  • Dive deep into the weekly performance, to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities as well as forecasting future channel performance. Work with agency to deliver the weekly/monthly/campaign report.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent Masters degree(MBA/MSc etc) is preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in Digital or e-commerce, at least 2-3 years of work experience in performance media/e-commerce marketing with an emphasis on growth or direct response marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance media to meet e-commerce goals with Alimama performance ads experience is a plus;
  • Experience optimizing digital marketing channels to deliver against sales KPls, minimizing cost per order while executing strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value
  • In-depth experience with self-starter with an innate curiosity and the drive to test, learn, adapt and be agile in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills comfort with getting your "hands dirty"diving deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive
  • business decisions marketing optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations on complex business issues required Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally, including with brand, creative and business operation teams.
