About the role

As VP of Product, you will assume a key management position within Userlane. Your primary task is to continue evolving the Userlane Product to meet market needs and work with the CEO to set and execute the company's strategic vision.

Your challenge will be scaling the Userlane product and expanding our engagement with our primary customer base: global enterprises. You'll be the champion of our product, igniting passion for our product and vision not just within your team but also within the entire company, as well as other key external stakeholders such as our clients and partners.

Your three main responsibilities:

• Scale the Product and the Company

Your role at Userlane will be at the forefront of scaling our product to further expand our footprint across global enterprises. Ensuring that our product resonates with the needs of these enterprises while also growing our customer base and revenue will be a testament to your success.

• Drive Userlane's Vision and Strategy

Carve out the product pillar of Userlane's overarching strategy in collaboration with the C-level. Every decision and direction should echo our core goal: to drive digital transformation for every organization. Fortified by our signature HEART framework, you will set industry standards by crafting top-tier products, integrations, and partnerships.

• Ignite Enthusiasm Across All Stakeholders

Your energy and passion should drive the product team and inspire the organization. You'll get everyone excited about Userlane's product and our vision for the future, from internal teams to investors to partners and customers. The goal? An electrified community buzzing with excitement about Userlane's trajectory.

Your profile:

• Experience

A decade or more in a Product role and significant leadership experience, ideally within the B2B Enterprise software landscape. Your experience should reflect strategic decision-making, team leadership, and a history of significant product advancements targeting leading enterprise customers.

• Expertise

A deep understanding of AI and its potential enriches your functional mastery of product strategy. Your experience with land-and-expand motions, especially in the enterprise landscape, coupled with a history of collaboration with senior executives, will be pivotal as Userlane establishes its leadership position in the digital adoption space.

• Personality

As a natural leader, you are inspiring, eloquent, and know how to motivate. Your vision for Userlane should not just be heard but felt. You have the ability to ignite passion within your team and the entire company and make our partners and customers enthusiastic advocates of our product. Clear communication, a strong commitment to Userlane's goals, and the skill to bring people together around a shared vision will make you stand out.
