We are looking for a highly adaptable, organized and hands on HR Projects AND Transformation Senior Manager, to ensure our transformational projects are completed on time and within scope. What You’ll Do

As Manager of HR Projects and Transformation, you will work within a global HR team and other business departments within Genesys, leading the management of transformational projects. Genesys is rapidly changing, and so is our HR team. You’ll need to navigate those changes, keep the assigned projects on time and hit key milestones.

Being part of the People Operations Team for Genesys, you will work closely with our HR leadership team, HR colleagues, and functional stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are defined and met. Some of the details of what you will do include:

Project Coordination:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee projects across People Operations functions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and leadership during technology implementations and special projects.
  • Monitor project progress and suggest adjustments as needed to meet goals.

Presentation Support:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant data and insights for presentations.

Quarterly Calls:

  • Schedule, organize, and conduct quarterly calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop agendas, prepare materials, and ensure all participants are well-informed ahead of calls.
  • Lead discussions, capture key takeaways, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between the HR Operations team and other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate and analyze project performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources Operations.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex projects for Human Resources.
  • Experience working in global HR projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an exhilarating and global organization.
  • Experience working in partnership with senior leaders and functional experts.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and conducting calls for a big audience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using project management programs including Smartsheet and Excel.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$89,900.00 - $176,400.00
