The Manager will be a member of the CMS Strategy, Business Planning & Operations team. The team plays a key role in leading strategic initiatives to optimize commercial operations, driving the annual planning process, providing business insights and analytics, and delivering ongoing performance reporting. The team is also responsible for identifying and driving improvements to functional processes, including data capture and reporting.
Essential Functions
- Support development of CMS scorecard and KPIs: play a key role in providing scorecard updates, and driving scorecard-related initiatives
- Support monthly and quarterly business reporting
- Develop processes that optimize existing reporting beyond monthly and quarterly reporting
- Independently conduct analyses that support key strategic and commercial initiatives
- Support development of clear and concise executive level communications for use in internal and external forums
