They are now looking to hire an Executive & Personal Assistant to
Job Responsibilities:
Research and Market Analysis:
- Industry Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Market Reports: Compile data for market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic planning.
Expense Management:
- Light Accounting
- Receipt Tracking: Collect and organize receipts for business expenses.
- Expense Reports: Prepare accurate expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Database Creation and Management:
- Assistance with Lead Generation
- Contact Lists: Maintain up-to-date contact lists for business and personal contacts.
- CRM Updates: Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant information.
Document Preparation:
- Reports and Presentations: Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Data Compilation: Gather data from various sources and organize it into usable formats.
Basic Marketing Research:
- Keyword research
Personal Errands:
- Personal Shopping: Purchase gifts, supplies, or household items as requested.
- Appointments: Schedule personal appointments (e.g., doctor visits, haircuts).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Good skills in QuickBooks and/or Xero.
- Ability to work with AI tools or a willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Highly resourceful and creative problem solver.
