Information Quality Engineer

As an Information Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's information assets' accuracy, completeness, and integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement data quality standards, processes, and tools to maintain the highest level of data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and analyze data quality issues and recommend solutions for data cleansing and enrichment.
• Design and execute data quality assurance tests and validation procedures.
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain data quality documentation, including data quality rules, guidelines, and definitions.
• Participate in data governance initiatives and provide expertise on data quality matters.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data anomalies and patterns.
• Provide guidance and support to teams across the organization on data quality best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data quality management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
• Experience with data quality tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex data quality concepts to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Professional certifications in data quality management or related areas are a plus.
