Operations Executive

Overview

Our client is a specialized travel company focused on arranging Swiss holidays. With offices in Europe and Hong Kong, they offer expert assistance in planning and booking trips to Switzerland. The company works with over Swiss hotels and major railway companies to provide comprehensive travel experiences. Currently they are looking for a candidate to support the company's operations.

What You Will Do

• Communicate with B2B clients and Swiss suppliers
• Prepare and offer group quotations to B2B clients
• Manage group operations by booking services with suppliers
• Provide back office support

What You Will Need

• A strong team player capable of working under pressure
• Highly motivated with an open mind, focused on problem-solving and multitasking
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent customer orientation and team collaboration skills
• A minimum of two years' experience in tour operations is required
• Background in group operations is preferred
• Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese is advantageous
• Knowledge of Switzerland as a destination is beneficial
