Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring a Danish Customer Support Specialist to work remotely in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company and provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients.

As a Danish Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to Danish-speaking client inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Provide accurate and helpful information on products and services
  • Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Document and update client interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Flexibility for working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
