The Purpose:

This role is acting as a liaison between regulators, compliance, legal departments, internal and external auditors on behalf of FP.

The Job:

• Assist Head of Financial Planning to perform regular review of end-to-end operation process, identify area for improvement to ensure and control potential risks from operational respective.
• Establish and enhance policies and procedures in respect of FWDFP business to ensure full compliance at all levels such as external regulatory requirements, internal group policies and operational risk control.
• Liaise and collaborate with different business units to complete the project or other work assigned by Head of FP.
• Provide review and support services to frontline channels on compliance requirements.
• Ensure the business function is in comply with update regulatory requirements, conduct internal trainings and update procedure manuals as required from time to time.
• Together with business development team, responsible for frontline license registration, ensure license information and records are up to date and well kept.
• Manage and coordinate ad hoc projects or emergence incident with satisfied solution.

The Person:

• University graduate with at least 8+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial planning industry.
• Solid knowledge on CDD/EDD, AML/CTF, Financial Crime Risk and Operational Risk Control.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good understanding on both internal and external policies, regulations or relevant regulatory requirements.
• Good at communication on negotiating with different parties; manage end-to-end processing procedures and closely work with various internal and external parties.
• Aggressive, independent, result oriented and highly-motivated.
• Good command of written & spoken English.
• Sound compliance and risk management awareness.
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Manager.
