SAP Program and Project Manager

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly experienced SAP Program and Project Manager to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. As an SAP Program and Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements

• Coordinate and lead project meetings, workshops, and status updates

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients

Requirements

We are looking for a SAP Program and Project Manager for our client in the industrial sector.

This business area in our client's company is in growth. They sell water treatment installations globally and the companies are in 15+ countries in Europe and also represented in US and Asia. The parent company runs SAP and the subsidiaries will follow in the next 24-30 months. Would you like to take the lead as program manager for the roll out?

Tasks:

• Program and project management – act as IT project manager that can support the business project manager
• Budgeting

• Collaborate and coordinate with the implementation partner
• Arrange and lead Steering Committee meetings

Qualifications:

• Experienced project manager that have worked with SAP implementations +5 years
• Skilled in budgeting
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Engaged with international groups
• Team player
• Result oriented and self-driven
• Fluent in English

Working environment:

Our client offers participation in a cleverly working team with high speed and openness to new ideas. In daily work you will collaborate with people from different departments and/or countries. SAP solution is operating in an SAP Private Cloud setup, and you will have to plan according to infrastructure tasks as well as business requirements.

Rolling out SAP to subsidiaries is a strategic project with high attention and motivation from management. You naturally take the dialogue with management whenever relevant, and you are used to operating with advanced budgeting. Headquarter is in Stilling, Jutland, and our client would like you to work onsite 3 days per week or more.

Full time assignment -

Start: 12 August 2024

End: 12 November 2024 with possibilty for extension
