About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Vietnam Business Operations team, with a mission to drive process and operational improvements and deliver 2-3x efficiency gains through our tech-enabled recruitment solutions by building systems, streamlining processes, analyzing data, and solving critical business problems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct research, analyze market trends, and evaluate competitive landscapes. This includes assessing industry dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Data Analytics: Analyze data to find key trends and insights, and translate them into narratives and visuals for better data-driven decision-making across sales functions.
