Senior Marketing Associate - Audience and Media Platforms

Play a crucial role in supporting the use of audiences and data for digital marketing campaigns. This role involves assisting with audience segmentation, data analysis, and the management of advertising technology platforms to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing strategies for the SEEK group across ANZ.

To make this role your own, you’ll need to be equal parts creative and analytical — leveraging your creative side to support and implement digitally lead marketing initiatives to future proof SEEK’s digital marketing capabilities and your inner geek to drive business goals and product depth with both new and known audiences.

You will work alongside alongside SEM, CRM and digital analytics specialists who are responsible for the overall media strategy and direction within the SEEK ANZ marketplace

Requirements

• Sound digital marketing or media buying experience with a high level of competency in Social, Native & Programmatic Media buying and understanding of media trends
• Experience with CDP or DMP platforms, such as Tealium, Segment, Salesforce DMP. managing audience and segment creation and use
• Proficient in ad serving & digital delivery platforms like Google Ads Manager, DV360, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Meta, Yahoo
• Experience creating, managing & optimising digital media campaigns for large brands with sizeable budgets - agency-side a bonus
• Ability to analyse media and audience performance, generating insights and actions from available data sources
• Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities, with a willingness to test, learn, and pivot when needed
• Outcome-focused, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair to grow as a digital marketing specialist
