ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Senior Manager for Engineering learning at LSEG, you will lead the development and implementation of agile, data-driven training programmes. Your role will involve collaborating with industry experts and cross-functional teams to ensure our learning products are both cutting-edge and highly relevant. You will also continuously assess and refine our learning strategies to maximise effectiveness and adaptability in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leadership and Development: Oversee the creation and execution of agile, data-driven learning products, ensuring they meet current industry standards and business needs.
