Position: Accountant/CPA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST (9pm-6am PHT)

Salary Range: 1300-1700 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

About the Role:

We are seeking an Accountant, ideally a CPA, responsible for overseeing critical financial functions including bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, tax management, entity management, and other essential finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping duties including recording financial transactions, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and reconciling bank statements.
• Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations.
• Maintain entity management records and handle compliance tasks such as LLC reports and annual filings.
• Handle general finance-related tasks as assigned.
