Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a performance marketing manager for our digital wing. The role will include responsibilities for both the CodeNinja Brand and its subsidiaries alongside client management for a few international projects. The resource should have agency background and should be comfortable with leading communication and presenting services to international clients while leading the performance marketing strategy through a team of digital marketing resources.

Requirements

· 5 years of experience in digital marketing and associated services (agency experience is preferable)

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration

· Proven experience in digital marketing and business development, specifically within the B2B IT services sector.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of managing digital service clients.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
