WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a Hardware Support Specialist (Tech Enthusiast) in Information Technology with a passion for Solving technology issues. Your focus will be on managing onX IT hardware. You will be a part of our Information Technology team that is focused and serving our internal customers. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic growing company focused on making an impact on the business and serving others. This role will serve as the owner of all IT Assets at onX and will report to The Director of Information Technology.

As an onX Hardware Support Specialist, your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like:

• Operating System Maestro: Master and manage Mac OS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems to keep everything running smoothly.
• IT Ringmaster: Coordinate, lead, and thrive in our fast-paced IT circus, ensuring all acts perform without a hitch.
• Onboarding Magician: Create a magical onboarding experience for new hires and support our staff, making their first day (and every day) spectacular.
