The Associate Graduate is an entry level position which aims to become a subject matter expert in a key business area, and is responsible to work closely with one or more senior professional colleagues.

The primary responsibility of the Associate Graduate is to assist with tasks relevant to the specific area or function and seek opportunities to broaden their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain specialized knowledge and practical experience in your area of focus
• Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, logistics, filing, and record-keeping
• Help prepare and distribute reports, review data for accuracy, and identify/escalate errors or discrepancies
• Support entry-level technical and non-technical tasks as needed
• Proactively seek out learning opportunities to expand your skills
• Perform other related duties as required

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to prioritize
• Customer service oriented
• Commitment to delivering quality service and a passion for continuous improvement and learning
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and time management abilities

• Knowledge of tools and methodologies relevant to your area of focus
• Capacity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical manner

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, HR, Cybersecurity, or equivalent in relevant field.

Required Experience:

• No work experience is required.
• Never been registered in GOSI for the last 6 months
