Job Description

This role is responsible for the strategic oversight and of a diverse team of senior specialist of operational and tactical management staff in an administrative or operational business across various geographies in Africa. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through others, over periods of 3 months to a year.

Responsible for providing strategic oversight, thought leadership and guidance to the operational and tactical management of senior specialist staff in an admin or operational business across various lines of businesses and geographies in Africa.

Accountable for the development and execution of strategic plans to support the overall segment strategy across Africa by developing and using various analytical tools and insights.

Takes full responsibility for the delivery management, cost / expense management and process management of the unit.

Likely to be accountable for significant project delivery through specialist resources.
