Position Summary

Serve as the liaison between our customers, business teams, and IT developers, providing support for our customers' needs through technical expertise and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the technical and sales teams, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT development teams to address and resolve customer requests and issues promptly.
