Title: Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Location:Canada - Fully Remote
Salary: 120K - 140K CAD
About the Company: We are partnered with a rapidly growing DTC company revolutionizing the fitness space.
They are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.In this role, you'll focus on data analysis, experiments, and performance marketing to drive customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance data and run A/B tests.Design and implement marketing experiments.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition efforts.Lead growth marketing projects and manage budgets.
- Improve conversion rates across customer journeys.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams.Understand customer needs and analyze competitors.
Your Experience:
- 4-7 years in growth or digital marketing (DTC experience preferred).Proficient in data analysis, CRM systems, and A/B testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant experience.Experience with paid and organic marketing channels.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
