We’re looking for a target driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our Recruitment Service Team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to South East Asia (Non Glints BU). You will be the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a business development strategy focusing in Vietnam market
- Build long-term relationship with new and existing clients
- Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure
- Strengthen our fast-growing South East Asia team
