BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Junior/Senior)

Currently, Glints Vietnam is seeking 1 headcount for Business Development Associate (Junior -> Senior level) to join our company, at BFSI (Banking-Finance-Security-Insurance) recruitment team with competitive benefit at international working environment.

Working time & location:
- Mon - Fri 9:00 - 18:00 at Dist 3
Key requirements
- +1 year of experience as Business Developer/Recruiter 360/Sales Assistant or any role regarding Business Development scope to B2B clients
- Good understanding of recruitment/HR services is a plus
- Good command of English (open basic English communication for junior level)
- Good attitude, Proactive, Resilient, and Target-oriented
- Strong business mindset and negotiation skills
- Have basic understanding of BFSI (Banking-Finance-Security-Insurance) and other industries such as Healthcare, Oil&Gas,...is a plus
Scope of work
- Develop a business development strategy in recruitment focusing in Vietnam and broaden into South East Asia market
- Develop sales strategy; Find, reach and convert potential customers for recruitment service in BFSI (Banking-Finance-Security-Insurance) and open sector
- Build long-term relationship with new (70%) and existing clients
- Proactive in providing optimal solutions to clients
- Convince and negotiate with customers to sign contracts to use products and services
- Collaborate with recruitment team member to fulfill the recruitment request ASAP
