CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES

Our Guimarães office is located in the beautiful and historic city known as the ‘birthplace of Portugal’. Here you'll find a custom-built office, a studio facility with a game room, music area and an unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

You will be joining the Creative Business Operations team which supports Farfetch’s CROPs team to plan and execute its strategy. As a senior specialist you will support the area’s strategy planning discussions, act as a crucial link between departments and lead key initiatives to translate that strategy into execution. You’ll also work closely with Tech teams to manage their roadmap that impacts CROPs.

Some of the challenges we deal on a daily basis are around coordinating CROPs support to companywide initiatives, understanding how we can improve our planning and decision making, how our organization should evolve in the future, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive initiatives that lead to an effective strategy execution;
• Support the execution of routines to challenge and align the direction of the several CROPs areas;
• Influence diverse stakeholders, from Creative Operations senior leadership to the people making it happen at ground level;
• Connect and work together with many colleagues from Operations and other Farfetch areas, like Tech;
• Actively contribute to the growth of the team (while supporting decision making, critically identifying improvement opportunities, …).

WHO YOU ARE

• A professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in management consulting or similar background (e.g.: strategy & planning teams within other industries);
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment;
• Skilled in problem solving, analytics, and project management;
• Self-confident and good communication skills;
• Fluent in English, both written and oral;
• Fun to work with :)
