The KMS Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Executive participates in delivering L&D programs, activities and L&D operations.
Implement L&D programs and activities
- Manage and communicate L&D program information.
- Manage resources for L&D programs.
- Prepare and organize training activities, including opening engagement and interaction activities.
- Collect and analyze data, creating L&D reports as guidance/templates for evaluation, including post-learning and 360-degree feedback.
- Monitor the progress and cost of training courses and programs.
- Support and respond to employee queries about L&D programs.
L&D Operations
- Manage and convey information related L&D in corporate operations.
- Handle full-cycle L&D service transactions as assigned by service owners
- Input and maintain data on L&D tools and related systems, including attendance, feedback, training results and learner evaluations.
