We have an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join us on the exciting and rewarding path we are taking here at Castle Trust Bank. Having become a fully authorised bank in 2020, we pride ourselves in being a fintech challenger bank, providing specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts to a variety of customers. Our Data & Analytics team is part of the Technology function of Castle Trust Bank and aims to provide data and insights to internal and external customers using the latest Microsoft tools. The team is in a key phase and has a strategic vision of becoming a centre of excellence within the organisation.

The team has replaced all the legacy data solutions, upgraded the technology, and put the core data foundations in place. However, there is still much more to do, and some exciting projects to work on, such as developing new reporting, optimising data solutions, and ensuring data quality and standards.
