As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting qualified candidates with the right employers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates in the Norwegian speaking market
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively match candidates with suitable employers

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of the Norwegian job market and cultural nuances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
