Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. This position is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize sales performance and productivity. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, project management skills, and a passion for optimization. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales operations.

What you will do:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Sales Tools and Systems: In partnership with a CRM team, manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team’s effectiveness
  • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, legal and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management or similar areas
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively drive and manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex processes
