Release Management

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinates the deployment of software updates, patches, and new features in alignment with the release schedule and project timelines
• Monitors deployments, track progress, and collaborate with deployment team to address any issues or conflicts that arise during a release
• Communicates release schedules, status updates, and post-release impacts to stakeholders

Acquisition & Deployment

• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all Commercial and digital platforms as well as the company’s strategic business plans
• Presents proposed support changes to business, technical and executive stakeholders as necessary, and follow-up on all issues and required modifications
• Assists in UAT and execute test cases for support tickets requiring code fixes

Operational Management

• Assists in managing the eCommerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally
• Provides technical support for the eCommerce platform, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors and internal teams to resolve them
