Role Purpose
As an Quality Assurance tester, you would be playing an integral role in the software development process by building a framework (manual and automated tests) to ensure that the system meets the highest quality, reliability, and performance standards. You would be responsible for examining and evaluating software applications to identify potential issues, defects, or inconsistencies affecting the end-user experience. You would work closely with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
· Designing and building automation test frameworks in a fast paced agile environment.
· Development and execution of automated test scripts using automated tools such as Copado Robotic Testing.
· Test preparation, test design, execution and reporting.
· Track and publish the status of development, maintenance and execution of automation test suits.
· Record problems and issues in accordance with the problem and issue management plans, document defects using the defect management tools.
· Work with the development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
