What will you work on?
Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is the first point of contact for all of our potential customers. For inbound leads, the BDR works closely with Demand Generation to catch any interest and provide prospects who have โraised their handโ with a friction-free experience to get their questions answered. When the BDR has no inbound leads to service, they are constantly researching new potential suspects using the attributes of our โIdeal Customer Profile,โ working their network and sales tools, following up on high-quality lists, and always tweaking and improving our messages and scripts.
Above all, the BDR takes ownership of every opportunity to engage a new prospect. This is a highly visible position with great opportunity for growth into full-cycle sales, customer success, and other positions across the Go-to-Market team.
