Reporting to the Group Product Manager, the Senior Product Manager at Clariti Software will be at the forefront of driving our mid-market product strategy. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping the product direction, prioritizing, and executing on a product roadmap that delights our customers and aligns with our business goals. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer experience (CX), and sales teams to guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.​​

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, continuous learner, have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and the proven ability to deliver high quality solutions that delight customers. This position is for those that are dedicated to solving problems from a place of deep customer empathy, insights, and are driven to make a significant impact as we create the best software for citizens and government employees around North America.

What will you work on?

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with product leadership to define and drive the product vision and strategy for our rapidly growing mid-market offering, ensuring alignment with Clariti’s overall business objectives.
  • Market Insights: Identify market opportunities through customer/market feedback, industry trends, best practices, competitive analysis, win/loss analysis, internal stakeholders, and data to shape product direction and execution.
  • Product Innovation: Contribute to and evaluate new product concepts for future roadmaps, performing discovery, experimentation, and validation to bring impactful new capabilities and enhancements to market.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing problems, solutions, and initiatives based on insights, data, business impact, and customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, CX, and sales teams to foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovative solutions.
  • Product/SW Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, definition, development, and successful launch of new capabilities. Including participating in agile ceremonies with engineering and design teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present product plans, progress, and results to senior management and key stakeholders, building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through empathy and insights, ensuring our products deliver significant value and delight users.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as the mid-market product evangelist and domain expert, providing valuable insights, driving enablement, and fostering open communication cross-functionally
  • Metrics and Continuous Learning & Improvement: Define and drive key product metrics to measure success and identify actionable areas for improvement, creating a data-driven framework for informed decision-making.

What you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, high-quality solutions, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills including active listening, continuous learning, and driving & delivering results
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership
  • Experience assessing the scope and effort required to deliver required software solutions
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
  • Experience with market research and validation tools/techniques
  • A strategic thinker and continuous learner who is dedicated to solving problems with deep customer empathy
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and can execute effectively with a strong sense of ownership, acting with urgency, and accountability
  • Strong ability to bring clarity in ambiguous or uncertain environments
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer centric approach to creating the best software for our customers
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Notion); empowered product team framework is a plus
  • Experience navigating stakeholder management in a remote environment is a plus

The initial base salary range for this role is expected to be between $120-160k annually. Our compensation bands are based on various factors, including the labour market (as informed by our business stage and industry), job type and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
