We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Partnership Sales to lead our partnerships team in driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and collaborations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify and prospect potential partners, including strategic alliances, channel partners, and resellers, to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop compelling partnership offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and providing support to optimize partnership performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including revenue forecasts, partner engagement, and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and market trends.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide sales status and post-event reports, and facilitate post-event partner presentations.

Must-Haves

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales and channel management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements, with a strong understanding of contract terms and legal considerations.
  • A strong established network to accelerate business development targets.
  • Able to travel as required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in leadership or management roles, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partners, preferred.
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools (Wrike).
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
