Product Strategy Lead

OLX is looking for an analytical and strategic Product Strategy Lead to join the EU Product Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, this important role will partner with Product and Commercial Leaders on the creation of our product strategies within Customer Units (CUs). You will shape our future product by working on exciting product opportunities that we will develop in 1-3 years.

You Will:

• Partner with product and sales teams to create product strategies that deliver customer value, achieve business goals and create competitive advantages.
• Be a close partner to the Product Leadership Team on product strategy themes.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
• Lead the development of Investment Cases for future product opportunities (Big Bets).

You Have:

• A background in product management, product strategy, or consulting.
• Experience using data and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams.
