Patient Coordinator

Salary: P65,000 – P80,000 monthly package

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems particularly in Athena Health/Athena One
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations. HIPAA certification is a huge advantage.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry, coding, and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What will you do?

• Data Input
  • Schedule and change of patient schedules as needed
  • Management of patient records (uploading, etc.)
• Data Configuration and Processes:
  • Understanding capability of system
  • Create templates within the system as per business requirements
  • Develop standard processes and procedures
  • Implement process improvement and best practices
  • Train and educate internal employees within the EHR system
• Reports Management:
  • Extract, generate, and developing of reports out of the EHR system as needed
