RPO's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Support with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience is preferred.
