The Data Technical Business Analyst is responsible for building a strong business understanding of our enterprise data, the mapping of business requirements through to technical requirements, and data mappings. This role will work across a key data project for the organisation, uplifting our strategic data platform. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, the candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into improved regulatory data.
The successful candidate in this role will demonstrate a strong understanding of SQL and database principles. This technical knowledge will be combined with an in-depth understanding of the business they are working to support. Life Insurance experience is highly desirable for this role; experience in financial services is required.
This role will initially be focused on delivering data products to support TAL's data needs as part of a key strategic initiative.
