The Role

Join our team of Sales professionals as a talented and dynamic Account Manager. You will be the first point of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients, actively engaging with them over the phone and email. Your mission is to convert our European leads by providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. By developing a strong understanding of our products and platforms, you will be able to promote our brand and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to

• Developing solid relationships with warm leads and existing clients by providing exceptional client communication through phone calls and emails.
• Providing expert advice to clients on market trends, risk management, and smart trading strategies.
• Ensuring client engagement in trading markets by regularly sharing market analysis and highlighting trade opportunities.
• Building a strong understanding of our products and platforms, using this knowledge effectively to address client inquiries.
• Undertaking miscellaneous tasks, such as translating market analysis and contributing to improvement initiatives.

About You

• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, along with expertise in negotiation processes
• Enthusiasm to continuously learn and grow, with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
• Valuable experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to simplify complex information, such as trading concepts, to make it easily understandable
• Proficient numerical ability and comfort in working with numbers
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Prior experience with trading platforms and financial investments
• Desire to establish connections with a diverse range of clients over the phone
