We're looking for a Warehouse (Fulfillment Center) Operations Manager for our team in Nanticoke, PA to build leaders and teams of leaders as Spreetail rapidly expands! This position leads teams to continually push the boundaries of order transit time, delivery quality, and order accuracy while collaborating with supply chain leadership across the company.

How you will achieve success:

• Ensure all key performance indicators are within tolerance of their intended outcomes, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Fully understand, drive, and ensure compliance with all Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop and effectively lead multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers.
• Ensure proper labor planning is completed at multiple facilities to manage domestic and international inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations.
