Assistant Payroll Manager

A rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join a highly efficient and talented team managing international payrolls.

As Senior Payroll Administrator, you’ll join our hardworking and friendly team to ensure our 3000+ staff get paid accurately and on time. This unique opportunity will allow for generous professional development in processing UK, French, Czech and Australian payrolls- including benefits, shares and pensions.

What you'll be doing...

• Assisting the Payroll Manager in administering end to end payroll across 4 international payrolls
• Working closely with the People Team to ensure accurate and timely benefit contributions, including multiple UK pension schemes, private healthcare and share scheme
• Key point of contact for our managed service payroll provider
• Design, compilation and maintenance of monthly reporting for key stakeholders and ELT
• Management of our time and attendance system, including onboarding and training of new users
• Answering colleague queries across 4 geographies
