The first year is all about learning and growing. You will get to know our company, our suppliers, and our processes by working with the support team. This will give you a good understanding of how we handle our orders and how purchase orders are created. In addition, you will join all developments related to our procurement application.

Our current application is used extensively by our buyers, but we see room for improvement. This is where you come in. With support from the Manager and your new colleagues, you will bring new and existing projects to fruition, implement them with current users, and become a key-user for the procurement application. In addition, you collect and interpret information from these purchasing applications, such as quotes, supplier performance and other internal or external sources. In this role, you take charge of your own procurement and move within set frameworks, giving you the space to make decisions independently.

You measure your success by controlling the daily procurement processes, ensuring both quality and quantity. Based on existing deadlines and objectives for the projects, you try to complete them on time or inform the stakeholders of any delays.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills, capable of quickly and accurately processing and analyzing commercial data. The ideal candidate is system-oriented and able to understand and automate complex systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Attention to detail is a must and exceptional organizational skills are essential to ensure accuracy and quality of work. You are assertive in managing projects and effectively co-ordinate with stakeholders.
