HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager to be a part of our HR team in the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle;
• Talent Acquisition Strategy;
• Candidate Management;
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers;
• Employer Branding;
• Onboarding and Orientation;
• Coordinating the hiring process (documentation, working visas etc)
• Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures within the Company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Department in the UAE market (experience in construction company is a plus).
• You should be prepared to work full-time from our office in Dubai asap.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
