Job Title : Progression Coordinator

Reports to: Team Leader

Salary: Scale 6, Points 26-28, £26,229 - £27,982 per annum, pro rata

Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

1 x permanent full-time role

1 x fulltime 12 month fixed term contract

Purpose of the Role:

• Working with young people to enable them to develop their life skills and the confidence to access opportunities enabling them to make a successful transition into independence, in compliance with organisational policies and contractual expectations.
• To inspire young people to make progress and achieve their ambitions and potential.
• To support young people to identify their strengths and aspirations.
• To co-produce the plans and the actions required to make them a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead and participate in the delivery of services to young people
• To develop and deliver life and social skills programmes in individual and group work settings and facilitate the participation of young people in their support plans.
