Lead Generation - German Speaking

Salary: P90,000 to P110,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (4:00 PM- 1:00 AM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Nice to Have:

• Proficient in HubSpot and Pipedrive

What will you do?

• The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify leads over the phone and generate interest in our photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. You will be responsible for cold calling potential customers within specified postal code areas and setting up appointments for our sales team.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to qualify leads and generate interest in photovoltaic systems and heat pumps.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interest in renewable energy solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
